Faenza - Vintage Sapphire Diamond 14k Yellow Gold Cocktail Ring

A dramatic ballerina-style ring with a vivid oval sapphire at the center, framed by a fan of baguette-cut diamonds and sweeping bypass shoulders set with round diamonds. Made in 14k yellow gold and estimated to date from the 1980s–1990s, the ring has a dimensional, high-impact design with strong vintage presence
Gemstones: oval cut natural sapphire approximately 7.6-5.1mm, great color; diamonds - baguette and round cuts please note, six of the diamonds tested as potentially lab-grown, most likely later replacements from past repairs, remaining 28 diamonds tested natural

Sapphire was not assessed for enhancement treatments such as heat treatment for example, since treatment is standard industry practice,  it is reasonable to assume that such enhancements may have been applied
