Return Policy

DOMESTIC RETURNS (U.S. Only)

We offer returns on eligible items shipped within the United States, provided the following conditions are met in full:

10-Day Initiation Window:

Returns must be initiated within 10 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. Returns may be requested through your original transaction or by contacting us at clientservices@sohojewelers.com.

5-Day Shipment Deadline:

Once your return request is approved, the item must be postmarked and shipped back within 5 calendar days. Returns sent outside of this timeframe will be ineligible for a refund and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

Condition, Alterations & Packaging:

Items must be returned in their original, as-sold condition. Any alterations—including resizing, stone replacement, polishing, or third-party jeweler intervention—will immediately void the return policy.

All items must also be returned with their original packaging, including boxes, certificates, and any accompanying documentation. Failure to include original packaging may result in a reasonable deduction based on replacement cost and resale impact, or rejection of the return if the item cannot be resold in its original form.

Return Shipping & Insurance:

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.

Prepaid Labels:

For your convenience, we can provide a secure, fully insured return shipping label. If used, the exact cost of the label, including shipping and insurance, will be deducted from your final refund.

Self-Shipping:

If you choose to ship the item independently, we strongly recommend using a fully insured, trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit. The buyer remains responsible for the item until it is safely received by us.

Inspection & Processing:

All returns undergo a professional inspection upon receipt. Once verified to be in original, unaltered condition with all packaging intact, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or insurance deductions.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

All orders shipped outside of the United States are final sale. Due to the complexities of international shipping, customs, and insurance, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for international transactions.
